FAQ
Are delivery and collection free?
Yes. Delivery and collection are included with every plan.
When do you deliver and collect?
Any time between 10am and 11pm on your chosen dates. If no one is home, re-delivery or re-collection is charged at S$20.
How soon can I receive my crates?
The earliest delivery date is the next day, and you can book up to 60 days in advance.
Is a dolly included?
Yes. Every plan includes a dolly for the full rental period.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. WhatsApp us at +65 8255 5510 before your collection date. Extensions are subject to availability.
How do I pay?
Securely online at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. For PayNow, WhatsApp us.
