Terms of service

These terms apply to all CrateGo rentals. Please also read our Rental Terms.

1. Bookings

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Please give accurate delivery and collection dates and addresses. Delivery and collection happen any time between 10am and 6pm on the chosen dates. Same-day delivery needs payment by 2pm, otherwise the earliest date is the next day. Bookings can be made up to 60 days ahead.

2. Rental period

Your rental runs from your delivery date to your collection date. Extensions depend on availability and cost extra.

3. Care of items

Crates and the dolly remain CrateGo property. Lost or damaged crates are charged at S$50 each.

4. What not to pack

No liquids, hazardous or flammable items, perishables or live animals. Keep each crate under about 25 kg.

5. Liability

CrateGo is not responsible for loss of or damage to your own belongings packed in the crates.
