Refund policy

Cancellations

Cancel at least 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery get a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. To cancel or change a booking, WhatsApp us at +65 8255 5510.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (PayNow or card) within 7 working days.

Rental items

Crates and the dolly are rented and must be returned at collection. Lost or damaged crates are charged at S$50 each. The 220L moving bags are yours to keep.
