Delivery and collection

Every CrateGo plan includes free delivery of your crates, bags and dolly, and free collection at the end of your rental, on the dates you choose at checkout.

Service area

We cover all of mainland Singapore. Sentosa, Jurong Island and offshore islands are not covered.

Delivery times

We deliver and collect any time between 10am and 6pm on the dates you choose. The night before, our rider will WhatsApp you an estimated time window, and he'll message again about 30 minutes before arriving. Please make sure someone is home. If we can't deliver or collect because no one is there, a re-delivery or re-collection costs S$20.

Booking dates

Same-day delivery is available if your order is paid by 2pm. Orders paid after 2pm can be delivered from the next day. You can book up to 60 days ahead.

On collection day

We collect on your chosen collection date, any time between 10am and 6pm. Please have the crates empty and stacked, with the dolly ready, at your confirmed collection address.

Changes

To change a date or address, WhatsApp us at +65 8255 5510 at least 48 hours ahead.
